Do my clients pay me or pay Restaurant Engine?

Your clients deal directly with you, not us.  You will pay Restaurant Engine on a subscription-basis for all of the websites you add to your account.  You will then bill your clients your clients directly, however you see fit.  Your billing relationship with your clients is completely separate and  independent of your billing relationship with Restaurant Engine.

What happens if my client doesn’t pay me?

This would be between you and your client.  Your subscription with Restaurant Engine is not affected in any way by your dealings between you and your client.

Can anyone sign up to become a Reseller?

Yes.  The Reseller Program is open to anyone.  Restaurant Engine reserves the right to cancel a partner’s account for breaking any of the terms of service.

What happens if my client wants to cancel their website?

You should inform us immediately and request that website be deactivated.  We will promptly do so and ensure your subscription gets adjusted accordingly.  More info here.

How can I setup my marketing website to promote my services?

The easiest way is to use the Reseller Marketing Site template.  We’ve designed this for Resellers to quickly/easily get a great looking site up and running.  The cost is the same as any other website you add to your account.  However, we will provide the initial setup for free — which includes setting up the site to match the Reseller Marketing Site template.  You can then make your own edits after that.

Or, you can design and host your own website to promote and market your services.

Can I replicate or copy restaurantengine.com to promote my services?

No.  Replicating restaurantengine.com or plagiarizing any of the text from restaurantengine.com is strictly prohibited and will result in termination from the program.  Furthermore, Google penalizes sites that replicate other sites, so copying restaurantengine.com will do more harm than good.
