Deactivating a Client’s Website

At some point, for whatever reason, you may need to deactivate a client’s website.

To cancel one of your websites, contact us directly and we will promptly deactivate the specified website within 1 business day (often within a few hours).  Use the contact form to send us an email.

We will adjust your subscription plan to reflect your updated number of websites and your next charge will reflect this change, pro-rated (for more on how prorated billing, read about Reseller Billing).

What Happens When a Site is Deactivated?

As soon as we deactivate the website, it is no-longer viewable to the public.

We will keep the website and it’s contents saved in our database for 30 days after the date of deactivation.  During this 30-day period, should you decide you want to bring this website back up, we can reactivate the website and restore all of it’s contents.

After 30 days, the website and all of it’s contents will be deleted and will not be able to be recovered.
